we had an amazing 7-night stay at galleria palms orlando. the location is perfect—super close to disney parks, which made our mid-day breaks easy. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. we loved the daily room cleaning and the free breakfast was a nice perk to start our days.

The staff was super nice especially Tessy who helped us with a car rental issue. The breakfast was decent and really helped kick off our long days at the parks.

breakfast was amazin, hot & always refilled, we got there early to beat the crowd. the room was clean n the staff were super quick to bring us fresh towels when we asked. pool area was nice too, always clean with plenty of towels available. great for couples, felt v comfortable.

Oh, the local eats were a treasure trove! We hit up Gill's New York Pizza, and it was straight-up fire! Also, the free coffee and cookies in the lobby were a delightful surprise. The staff were super nice and quick with check-in!

On the flip side, we stumbled into a room smelling of cigarettes—yikes! Plus, I felt like I was battling a ghost with all that intermittent humming. Good luck getting anyone on the phone. it's like calling a black hole.

I had a fantastic stay at Galleria Palms Orlando, Free Theme Park Shuttles! The room was spacious and had a cozy corner with a small couch, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks. The breakfast was satisfying, offering a variety of options each morning to start our day right. Plus, the location couldn't be better—just a short drive to Disney parks with plenty of dining options nearby.

The shuttle service was a bit too late for early park openings.

my stay was really enjoyable because the staff was friendly and the hotel was spotless. It was just a short walk to Lake Wilson where I could take peaceful strolls by the water and enjoy the beautiful park views.
